A kollagén egy alapvető fehérje a bőr, haj, körmök és ízületek egészségének és fiatalságának megőrzésében. 

Over time the body’s natural collagen production declines, leading to ageing signs such as wrinkles, loss of skin elasticity and brittle nails.

Collagen consists of three amino acids making up about 50% of its composition: glycine, proline and hydroxyproline. In the human body it plays several key roles:

  •  Structural support: provides the structure and strength needed to maintain form and function of connective tissues such as skin and bones.  
  • Elasticity and flexibility: contributes to tissue elasticity, allowing stretch and return to original form without damage
  • Wound healing: supports tissue regeneration and wound healing.
